Simon Mcelrea

Simon Mcelrea is the current COO at Aira. Simon has held various esteemed positions throughout their career such as CEO, Board Director, and Vice President. Simon has been recognized for their work in the field of RF Wireless Charging and has won numerous awards including Best of CES Overall Winner 2015 and Semi Material Supplier of the Year 2018.

Simon Mcelrea has a MEng (hons) in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, as well as a BA (hons) in Engineering Science from the same school. Simon was also the Head Boy (Valedictorian) at The Wallace High School. Simon has certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and certification from Honeywell as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).

Their manager is Jake Slatnick, CEO, Co-Founder. They are on a team with Antonio Martinez - Head of Quality, Jeff Risher - CSO, General Counsel, and Eric Goodchild - CTO, Co-Founder.
