Anand Chandrasekher

Co-Founder & CEO at Aira Technologies

Anand Chandrasekher is a co-founder and the CEO of Aira Technologies. Anand has also served as the president of Qualcomm Datacenter Technologies, Inc. from August 2012 to May 2018. Prior to that, they were with Intel Corporation for 14 years where they were the senior vice president of the Ultra Mobility Group. In this role, they were responsible for Atom family development and market development with a focus on the mobile computing industry. Under their leadership, Atom quickly became established as the pre-eminent processor of choice and after Centrino, it became one of the fastest ramping products for Intel.

After leaving Intel in December 2011, Chandrasekher joined McKinsey & Company as a strategic advisor. Anand then served as the vice chairman of the board at Huaxintong Semiconductor Technology, Incorporated from January 2016 to May 2018. In March 2019, they joined Tortuga Logic, Inc. as a strategic advisor and they are currently still serving in this role.

Anand Chandrasekher attended Cornell University College of Engineering, where they earned a BS in computer science. Anand then attended Cornell University Graduate School, where they earned a ME in operations research. Finally, they attended Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where they earned an MBA in finance.
