Liew Kanghwa

Liew Kanghwa has extensive experience in the aviation and engineering training sector, currently serving as the Head of Engineering & Ramp Training at CAE Kuala Lumpur since 2006. Prior to this role, Liew held positions at AirAsia, including Head of Engineering Training and Maintenance Manager from March 2001 to July 2006. Liew's career in aviation began with an enlistment in the Royal Malaysian Air Force in July 1976, during which time Liew served as a maintenance technician for 18 years until July 1994. Education includes training at the RMAF School of Aeronautics in Kinrara and RAF Cosford in the UK, along with foundational studies at St Patrick's School in Kulim Kedah.
