Kristaps Lapsa is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at airBaltic Training since March 2020, Kristaps previously held the position of Flight Project Manager at airBaltic from January 2016 to March 2020, focusing on the management of Bombardier C Series CS300 Entry Into Service activities. Prior to that, Kristaps was Operations Manager and a Board member at CAPITAL HANDLING RIGA from August 2013 to January 2016, and worked at Riga International Airport from March 2006 to August 2013 in various roles including Aviation Customer Relations Manager, Shift Duty Manager, and Flight Coordinator/Load Control. Kristaps earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte between 2003 and 2009.
