Prior roles include Aviation Manager at REHBEIN Airport Consulting and SKM, both based in Melbourne, from 2005 to 2008 and 2000 to 2004, respectively. Jim began a career in airport planning at Airplan (Airport Planning Pty Ltd), holding the position of Airside Planner from 1990 to 2000. Jim's educational background includes an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Victoria University, completed between 1981 and 1985.
