Abe Chong

Abe Chong is a Senior Recruiter at Airbnb, leading recruitment efforts for the Developer Platform/Core Services organization since August 2022. Previously, Abe served as a Lead Recruiter at Robinhood, focusing on product, editorial, and diversity initiatives, and held various recruiting positions at companies including Binc, Qualtrics, Bolt, and Affirm, with a strong emphasis on tech and creative roles. Before transitioning into recruitment, Abe accumulated over a decade of experience as a Senior Copywriter and Brand Storyteller, working with independent agencies and in-house creative departments. Abe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Writing from UC San Diego and has completed additional training at The Bookshop.
