Ajit Bodas has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Ajit currently serves as the Head of Global Technical Recruiting at Airbnb, where they lead a world-class technical recruiting team and drives global recruiting initiatives. Prior to Airbnb, they held various roles at GE Digital, Google, Thomson Reuters, Accolo, DSS Software, CIT Global, and eTouch Systems. Ajit Bodas completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Ajit later pursued an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the same university.
