Alica D. is currently serving as the Global Head of Diversity & Belonging (Chief Diversity Officer) at Airbnb. Prior to their role at Airbnb, Alica held positions at various companies such as First Amendment Coalition, SanDisk, Salesforce, and Owen, Wickersham & Erickson, P.C. Alica has a J.D. from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a B.A. in English and Legal Studies (Double Major) from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Alica has also served as a Board Member at The Justice and Diversity Center of The Bar Association of San Francisco and the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law.
