Alicia Blythe

Alicia Blythe, MSC, is an experienced Senior Enablement Program Manager at Airbnb, focusing on strategic program management since August 2019. Concurrently, Alicia serves as an Advisory Board Member for Accelerate, a global networking community for enablement professionals, and as a Founding Member of the Chicago Chapter of WiSE, aimed at fostering professional growth among women in sales enablement. Alicia is also involved with the Sales Enablement Society in the Chicago Chapter. Previous roles include Global Field Enablement Manager at FinancialForce and various positions at CareerBuilder, where significant contributions were made in sales training and competitive intelligence. Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Global Communication from Northwestern University and several other educational credentials, including a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Paralegal Certificate. Personal interests include lifelong learning, world travel, and a passion for dogs.
