Amy Silverman

Amy Silverman is a seasoned professional in photography and creative direction, currently serving as Creative Lead, Photo at Airbnb since November 2020, where collaboration on photography direction for brand campaigns is a primary focus. Prior to this, Amy held roles as Senior Photo Editor and Photo Producer at Airbnb from May 2019 to April 2020, overseeing commissioned photography for brand marketing related to travel. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Photo Editor at WIRED between August 2017 and January 2019, and various editorial positions at Outside Magazine from December 2008 to July 2017, including Photo Editor and Associate Photo Editor. Earlier in the career, Amy worked as a Freelance Motion Picture Camera Assistant across multiple film and television projects from 1999 to 2008, and as Photo Editor at Curve Magazine from June 2006 to September 2007. Education includes a degree from The University of New Mexico in Bachelor of University Studies and studies at Oberlin College.
