Carly Rushford

Carly Rushford is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand marketing. Currently serving as Senior Lead of Global Brand Marketing at Airbnb since September 2025, Carly previously held various leadership roles at adidas from October 2015 to October 2025, culminating in the position of Director of Brand Marketing - Global Brand. Carly's career began in marketing roles at Adpearance and Perkins & Co, and also includes a brief experience as a teacher at Maltiti First Steps. Carly holds a B.A. in Government and International Relations from Colby College and has further educational background from the University of Geneva.
