Chunyong Lin

CHUNYONG LIN is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in security and software development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer in Security at Airbnb since August 2016, CHUNYONG is a key contributor to the open-source security incident detection tool, StreamAlert. Previously, CHUNYONG was a Software Developer in Test Manager at Fortinet, leading a team to collaborate effectively with the Kernel Team and developing internal automation systems for stress testing. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead and Engineer in Test, and as a Graduate Assistant focusing on high-speed networking at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University. CHUNYONG holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Optoelectronic & Information Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
