Damon Gacicia

Damon Gacicia has extensive experience in supply chain management and business development within the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving in a supply role at Airbnb since its acquisition of Urbandoor in August 2019, Damon previously held multiple leadership positions at Urbandoor, including Head of Supply and Platform Success Lead. Prior to that, Damon contributed to RealPage, Inc. as Vice President of LeaseStar Business Development and Director of Strategic Marketing Solutions. Additional experience includes roles at MyNewPlace as Senior Relationship Manager and Regional Account Manager, as well as positions at Morgan Stanley in institutional equity sales. Damon holds a degree from Middlebury College and attended Delbarton School.
