Eleanor Chaney

Eleanor Chaney serves as the Director of Growth Marketing at Airbnb since May 2025, spearheading integrated growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Prior to this role, Eleanor held multiple senior positions at PayPal from July 2017 to April 2025, including Director of Global Growth Strategy for Merchant Marketing and Director of Acquisition Lifecycle Marketing for Small and Medium Business, where efforts led to significant expansions in acquisition programs and performance optimization. Previous experience includes leadership roles at iProspect, managing programmatic media for a variety of sectors, and Vistaprint, where Eleanor excelled in online and offline marketing strategies. Eleanor co-founded Wake Wash, LLC, at Wake Forest University, achieving notable success in the venture. Eleanor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art History from Wake Forest University.
