Gabe da Silveira

Gabe da Silveira is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Airbnb since April 2019, Gabe previously held the role of Director of Engineering at HotelTonight from January 2017. As Co-Founder and CTO of MUBI from 2007 to 2016, Gabe played a pivotal role in developing a hiring strategy, launching applications across multiple platforms, and collaborating on long-term product roadmaps. Earlier career experiences include Co-Founder and Tech Lead at MUBI and Web Development Lead at the University of Minnesota, where Gabe built and managed web presence initiatives. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2005.
