Keith Monaghan

Keith Monaghan has an extensive background in hospitality and operations, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Airbnb since May 2018, after holding various leadership roles including Global Service Manager and Regional Operations Manager. Prior to joining Airbnb, Monaghan worked at Quintessentially from January 2014 to January 2018 as Global Client Relationship Director and Global Account Director. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Lifestyle Services at Vertu and Front Of House Manager at both Fairmont Singapore and Claridge's. Monaghan began a career in hotel management after earning a Higher Diploma in International Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management between 1995 and 1999.
