Kristen Berlacher

Kristen Berlacher is an experienced leader in community engagement and social impact, currently serving as the Director of Community Programs at Airbnb since January 2015. In this role, Kristen manages a $100M Community Fund that provides grants based on recommendations from Airbnb's Host community. Prior to Airbnb, Kristen held various leadership positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where responsibilities included managing community investment strategies and corporate responsibility initiatives. Kristen's earlier experience includes roles at Working in the Schools (WITS), where Kristen served as both Interim Executive Director and Deputy Director, focusing on strategic partnerships, marketing, and fundraising. Kristen holds a BA in Leadership Studies and Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
