Kyle Roberts

Kyle Roberts is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and interactive design. Currently serving as a Staff Experience Designer at Airbnb since September 2025, Kyle previously held the position of Design Director at Instrument, where responsibilities included defining product vision and mentoring designers. Prior roles include Associate Design Director at Hook, influencing UX decisions and managing a team of six designers, and Sr. Interactive Designer at Gigasavvy, focusing on enhancing user journeys for brand sites and apps. Kyle's career began with significant design roles at Dunlop Sports Americas and MoreYellow and established entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Flix Case, which involved creating an innovative iPhone case.
