Pooja Kondabolu

Pooja Kondabolu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trust and safety, global tax policy, and legislative affairs. Currently serving as the Global Trust & Safety Lead at Airbnb since September 2016, Pooja has successfully managed external collaborations across various sectors, aimed at enhancing Airbnb’s reputation during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the role of Global Tax Policy, Pooja developed and implemented tax strategies that facilitated partnerships with governments worldwide. Prior to Airbnb, Pooja held positions at the NYC Department of Finance as an Attorney Advisor, and at EY as a Senior Associate focusing on state and local M&A. Pooja's academic background includes a Master of Science in Social Policy from The London School of Economics, a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from the University of Connecticut.
