Kate Bernier

Kate Bernier has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. In 2011, they were a Human Resource Assistant and Payroll at the Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center. In 2012, they were a Customer Success at H Engage, Inc, where they bootstrapped a text msg based gamified chatbot to drive wellness engagement. In 2015, they were a Co-Founder and Director of Customer Success at Airbo Labs, where they partnered on R&D with HR at companies from 25 to 100,000 employees. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder and COO at Airbo, where they helped build the Employee Engagement Platform, which is used by over 700 employers.

Kate Bernier attended the University of Vermont, School of Business Administration from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
