Gus Dill

Gus Dill has extensive work experience in engineering and manufacturing leadership roles. Gus currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at AirBorn Inc., a position they have held since December 2020.

Before their current role, Gus worked for TE Connectivity for over 25 years. One of their notable positions was Senior Manager of Global Process Development Engineering, where they led a global team of 120 engineers. In this role, they successfully migrated and qualified five high-speed cable product lines from China to Mexico, resulting in $20.5M in revenue in FY20. Gus also managed a cross-functional engineering organization responsible for developing tools and processes for launching new products into production.

Prior to that, Gus held various managerial positions within TE Connectivity, including Senior Manager of Manufacturing Process Development Engineering and Manager of MID Operations. In these roles, they led teams in the development and launch of molded interconnect device (MID) products, implemented innovative manufacturing processes, and drove automation initiatives.
