Rachēl C. has extensive work experience in various roles within the supply chain and procurement fields. Rachēl started their career as a Project Engineer at Fitjoy Sourcing & Developing Co., Ltd. in 1996 and held this position until 2019. During this time, they were responsible for customer service, project management, and supplier management. Following this, they worked as a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Engineering Division at the same company from 2020 to 2021, focusing on building strong partnerships with customers and suppliers. Rachēl then joined INStek Corporation - InnoLux Group in 2021 as a Business Manager, where they conducted commercial and technology discussions with clients and oversaw project management tasks. Currently, Rachēl is serving as the Sr. Development & Supply Chain Head of Asia at Airborne Athletics, starting in 2023.

Rachēl C. pursued their education at the Technology & Science Institute of Northern Taiwan from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Rachēl later enrolled in the National Chiayi University from 2019 to 2021, where they completed an Executive MBA with a focus on Global Business Administration.
