Evan Burgess

Evan Burgess is the lead data scientist at Airborne Snow Observatories. Evan has also worked as a postdoctoral research geographer at the U.S. Geological Survey, a postdoctoral research scientist at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a GIS technician at the Town of Winter Park. Evan has also been a visiting professor at the Juneau Icefield Research Program and a NASA Doctoral Fellow at the University of Utah.

Evan Burgess has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Geography from the University of Utah. Evan also has a Master's Degree in Geography from the University of Utah. Lastly, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder.

They work with Pat Hayes - Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer, Cristina M. De Cesare - Lead Engineer, and Kat Bormann - Lead Scientist. Their manager is Thomas H. Painter, Founder & CEO.
