Shantanu Bhave

Shantanu Bhave is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a diverse background spanning various organizations. Most recently, Shantanu worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Waev from January 2024 to September 2024. Prior roles include significant positions at Proterra Inc, where Shantanu served as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to the production of 100% electric buses. Other experience includes manufacturing engineering roles at Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions, VGT, and Insight Lighting, as well as academic positions at The University of New Mexico and North Dakota State University.
