Carlos Motta has extensive experience in finance, serving in various roles at Celestica and Bell Canada-SMB before becoming the Chief Financial Officer of ADG in 2020. At Celestica, they held positions as the CFO of Americas, Finance Director of FP&A Global Markets, Finance Director of Segment Business Partner, and LATAM Controller. Motta managed financial aspects for locations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, serving mainly the Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor Capital and Industrial markets and with revenues exceeding $1.5 billion USD. At Bell Canada-SMB, Motta served as a Senior Associate Director.

Carlos Motta, CPA, CMA, MBA earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 1997. In 2001, they obtained an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Around a decade later, in 2014, they earned an Accounting Certification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
