Ian Roy

Ian Roy has worked in various positions in the fields of mechanical engineering and intellectual property. Their most recent position as Lead Product Engineer - Protective Masks for ADG began in 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Mechanical Designer for SUN Automation Group from 2018-2019 and as an Intellectual Property Specialist for Georgia Tech Research Corporation Office of Industry Engagement in 2017. Ian also worked as an Undergraduate Research Project member for Georgia Tech - School of Mechanical Engineering in 2017, where they designed an experimental spacecraft platform. In addition, they worked in a co-op position as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for McClellan Industries in 2014.

From 2013 to 2017, Ian Roy attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
