Kim Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kim started their career as a Real Estate Paralegal at Brown Rudnick, where they were responsible for document preparation and review, as well as conducting research related to real estate transactions. Kim then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, where they handled corporate personal property real estate tax submissions and managed various tax compliance and reconciliation projects.

In 2002, Kim joined ArvinMeritor, where they held various roles including Director of Purchasing, Commodity Manager, Senior Buyer, Buyer, and Commercial Coordinator. During their time at ArvinMeritor, they had significant responsibilities in managing the purchasing function, implementing sourcing strategies, and meeting budget commitments for direct material savings.

In 2011, Kim joined Inteva Products LLC as the Director of Purchasing. In this role, they oversaw a team of 16 and was responsible for managing a spend of $200M and implementing sourcing strategies for key commodity and product lines.

Most recently, Kim served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at AirBoss of America, where they led a team and played a crucial role in the company's sales and business development efforts. Kim also held the position of Corporate Vice President of Supply Chain, where they were responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the global supply chain, focusing on continuous improvement and meeting complex customer needs.

Kim completed their secondary education at Farmington High School, graduating in 1993 with a diploma in College Prep.
