Mikael Fryklund serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at AirBoss of America since February 2024. Previously, Mikael held the position of CEO of Enedo Group and COO of Inission Group from June 2021 to January 2024. As the owner and management consultant at Fryklund Management AB from March 2020 to January 2024, Mikael provided strategic insights. Notable prior roles include President and CEO of HEXPOL Group from July 2017 to February 2020 and President of Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, where Mikael was also a member of the Trelleborg Group Executive Board from January 2002 to June 2017. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB, Bosch Rexroth, and Iplast AB. Mikael holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from Stockholm University, complemented by executive education from London Business School and IMD.
