Nadine Kruse has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Human Resources at AirBoss of America since February 2017, where previous roles included Senior Human Resources Generalist and Bilingual Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Nadine worked at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business from September 2005 to October 2016, holding positions such as Bilingual Administrative Assistant to the President's Office and Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, CHRP. Nadine is an alumnus of Western University.

It operates in three segments: Rubber Compounding, Engineered Products and Automotive. The Company, through its AirBoss Rubber Compounding division, is engaged in custom rubber compounding, supplying mixed rubber for use in mining, transportation, industrial rubber products, military, automotive, conveyor belting, and other products, mainly in North America. Engineered Products is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of personal protection and safety products for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) hazards, as well as communicable diseases and respiratory threats for the individual, First Responder, Medical, Military, Law Enforcement, Fire and Industrial communities. Its Automotive division designs, engineers and manufactures rubber and synthetic rubber products, such as bushings, dampeners, boots and isolators.
