Mr. Robert McLeish joined AirBoss of America Corp.’s Board of Directors in 1999, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CFA. Mr. McLeish spent 35 years in the investment business with Merrill Lynch Canada and retired in 1998 as a Vice Chairman and Director.

Currently, Mr. McLeish is the Chairman of Dundee Wealth Management and is on the Board of Dundee Corp. and Welton Energy. He also is a past director of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
