Mari Härmä

Mari Härmä has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Mari currently works as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Airbus / Secure Land Communications, where they lead the global end-to-end supply chain and is responsible for setting and deploying supply chain strategy. Prior to this, they held various roles at ABB, including Head of Supply Chain Management for the Division Large Motors and Generators, Global Supply Chain Manager for the Product Group Large Motors and Generators, and Bid Manager. Mari also has experience in sourcing management at ABB and strategic purchasing at Metso Minerals AB. Earlier in their career, they worked at STX Europe as a production planner and at Aker Yards Oy as a development engineer and purchaser. Mari holds a Master's degree and has conducted research on developing supplier networks in the shipbuilding industry.

Mari Härmä received a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. Mari also has a certification in ISO 9001, although the exact dates of their study are not provided.
