Philippe Devos

Philippe Devos has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Navy Officer in Marine Nationale from July 1985 to August 1986. Philippe then worked at Matra Communications from September 1986 to March 2000, initially as an RF Engineer and later as a Product Line Manager. During this time, they were involved in designing and fielding digital radio communication prototypes and played a key role in the creation of the TETRAPOL standards. From March 2000 to August 2006, Philippe worked at EADS North America as the VP of Business Development, focusing on entering the North American LMR Market and developing a go-to-market strategy. Philippe then joined EADS Defence & Security, where they served as the Vice President of Marketing from August 2006 to August 2011 and subsequently as the Head of Market & Technology from August 2011 to December 2014. In these roles, they led cross-country teams and was responsible for developing PMR product identities and value propositions. Since January 2015, Philippe has been working at Airbus, first as the Head of Business Development for Secure Land Communications, where they created new opportunities for Airbus in new markets. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales at Airbus / Secure Land Communications.

Philippe Devos obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique between 1980 and 1985.
