Alfons Kaspar

Alfons Kaspar possesses extensive experience in military programs and supply chain management within the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as Head of Military Programs at Airbus Aerostructures GmbH since July 2025, Alfons previously held the same position at Premium AEROTEC from January 2019 to June 2025. Prior to that, a significant tenure at RUAG Aerostructures as VP Supply Chain Management lasted from November 2010 to December 2018. Additional roles include various leadership positions at Grammer AG from January 1999 to October 2010, including VP Group SCM Logistics and VP Global Logistics Automotive, along with Head of Operations/Head of Central Logistics Planning. Alfons also led Just-In-Time Operations at Elektro-Metall Export GmbH from January 1994 to December 1998.
