Ethan Mattocks

Ethan Mattocks, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director of Technical Learning & Early Careers, responsible for leading strategic initiatives in technical training and apprenticeship programs within the aerospace manufacturing sector. Prior to this role, they served as a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Human Resources at Airbus, where they supported global HR strategies and governance for an extensive international HR team. With experience as an Employee Relations Specialist and HR Business Partner, they have navigated complex workplace challenges and contributed to engagement and integration initiatives across multiple sites. Ethan continues their education with a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University.
