Matthieu Bor

Matthieu Bor is the Head of People Analytics at Airbus, where they have held various roles including IT Project Manager, People Analytics Mission Leader, and People Analytics Product Owner. They began their career as an IT Security Engineer at Neurocom and Transiciel before moving on to Sogeti as an IT Project Leader. Matthieu earned a Master's degree from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse and a DUT from IUT Blagnac - Université Toulouse II. Their extensive experience in both IT and people analytics has shaped their current leadership role within Airbus.
