Matthieu Servant

Matthieu Servant is the Head of Customer Services for Cabin & Cargo Mechanical Equipment at Airbus, where they currently manage a team of engineers responsible for customer satisfaction and system improvements post-delivery. Prior to this role, Matthieu held positions at Airbus, including Head of Customer Services Engineering and Head of Performance & Improvements for the A380 production line, as well as serving as Cabin Customization Manager. Matthieu's earlier experience includes engineering roles at LTS - Liebherr Aerospace and SAFT, where they developed critical systems and conducted engineering assessments. Matthieu earned a degree from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes in 2003.
