Monal Shesh

Monal Shesh currently serves as the Head of Marketing for India and South Asia at Airbus, overseeing the marketing strategy for commercial aircrafts since November 2023. Prior to this role, Monal was the Global Head of Business Development for Aerospace & Defense at Motherson Group, focusing on sales, business development, and strategic growth from August 2021 to October 2023. Monal's extensive experience at GE Aviation spanned over a decade, including positions such as Senior Director for India and South Asia, where responsibilities included managing military engine sales and customer relations, and leading business operations for aftermarket solutions. Earlier career roles included engineering and analysis positions at Infosys, Cades Digitech, and the Defence Research and Development Organisation, highlighting a strong background in engineering and aerospace. Monal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar.
