Philippe Russo

Philippe Russo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of HR at Airbus Group's Secure Land Communications since 2017. Prior to that, Russo held the position of Head of HR at Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia France, overseeing HR for more than 6000 employees and playing a crucial role in HR transformation during the Nokia acquisition. Russo's earlier roles include Head of Human Resources for HP France, HR Director at Atos Origin, and Human Resources Director at Dell, where responsibilities involved complex HR management and organizational transformations across multiple regions. Russo began a career in human resources at American Express and Unilog, accumulating a wealth of expertise in staffing, development, and labor relations. The educational background includes a Master's Degree in HR Management and Industrial Psychology from Université de Provence.
