Tim Griggs is the Head of Industrial Maintenance at Airbus, with prior experience as Head of Operations for the A350XWB Wing and Head of Tooling & Maintenance. Before joining Airbus, Tim spent 27 years at BAE Systems, serving as Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager and Manufacturing Manager, overseeing a workforce of approximately 140 people. Tim earned an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick between 1999 and 2001.
