Stephen Solid

Stephen Solid is the Head of Production Operations at Airbus US Space & Defense, Inc., where they lead the assembly and integration of the ARROW satellite family. With over three decades in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Stephen has held various roles, including Software Engineer at McDonnell Douglas and Sr. Production Manager at Boeing. They possess expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Stephen’s academic pursuits include studies in Computer and Information Sciences at Auburn University, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami, and ongoing education in Business Administration at Harvard University.
