Lena Arndt

Lena Arndt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Airbyte since March 2025, Lena collaborates with the leadership team on strategic initiatives to enhance company growth and operational efficiency. Prior positions include Chief of Staff at Micropsi Industries, where Lena contributed to software development for industrial robots, and various roles at Pawlik Netherlands, including Digital Transformation Consultant and Junior Consultant.
