Beatriz Delgado Reimúndez

Beatriz Delgado Reimúndez has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and management. Beatriz is currently working as an Engineering Director at Aircall, where they oversee multiple areas of the Engineering department and leads a team of over 60 people. Beatriz'sresponsibilities include hiring new team members, implementing organizational changes, and ensuring successful scaling of the Engineering team.

Before joining Spire Payments, Beatriz worked at Hypercom as an R&D Applications Development Team Lead, where they also led international projects and represented the company in technical committees.

Beatriz's early work experience includes roles at Thales e-Transactions and Broadnet. At Thales e-Transactions, they worked as a Senior Engineer and Development Engineer in the R&D Applications department. At Broadnet, they started their career as a Sales Engineering Intern and was involved in project management and product development.
