Benjamín Ramírez González, PhD, is a Senior NLP Researcher at Aircall since February 2022, focusing on applying LLM technology for automatic conversation summarization and intelligent text search. Previously, Ramírez González held the same title at Minsait from March 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included designing and evaluating models for legal document classification and named entity recognition.
