Benjamín Ramírez González

Benjamín Ramírez González, PhD, is a Senior NLP Researcher at Aircall since February 2022, focusing on applying LLM technology for automatic conversation summarization and intelligent text search. Previously, Ramírez González held the same title at Minsait from March 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included designing and evaluating models for legal document classification and named entity recognition. Prior to that, Ramírez González served as a Computational Linguist Team Leader at Bitext, leading the development of chatbots and lexicons, and contributed to rule-based services for sentiment analysis. Earlier career experience includes software development at Qindel and computational linguistics at the Real Academia Española. Ramírez González holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, alongside a Master's in Theoretical and Computational Linguistics and a Bachelor's in Spanish Philology.
