Guillaume Schwoerer

Guillaume Schwoerer has a comprehensive work experience in the product management field. Guillaume currently holds the position of Head of Product at Aircall, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Odigo from 2018 to 2022, first as the Head of Product Management and then as the Lead Product Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Head of Product Management at Diabolocom, overseeing the management of the company's multichannel contact center solution. Before that, Mr. Schwoerer had a role at Worldline Global, where they worked from 2010 to 2016. Guillaume held various positions within the company, including Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Assistant Product Manager, contributing to the development and implementation of cloud-based contact center solutions.

Guillaume Schwoerer completed their Master 2 in Engineering at Eseo from 2004 to 2010. Guillaume also obtained a Master 2 degree in Commerce, Marketing, and Corporate Finance from ESSCA from 2008 to 2010. In 2013, Guillaume furthered their education by obtaining a Certification Professionnelle FFP Chef de Produits in Marketing from the Institut Supérieur du Marketing.
