Joshua Bonaparte

Joshua Bonaparte is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Porting Team at Aircall since September 2019, previously holding roles as Customer Care Team Lead and Porting Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Client Support Specialist at ADP from October 2018 to September 2019 and as a Project Coordinator at Rees Scientific, where Joshua was responsible for overseeing projects across multiple states and ensuring effective communication with field technicians and clients. Prior to this, Joshua gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Lead Bartender at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group, achieving the highest annual add-on sales in 2016. In addition to professional experience, Joshua interned at Rider University, focusing on alcohol and sexual assault prevention initiatives. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Rider University and an Associate's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.
