Léo Fang-Tribalat has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Léo started their career as a Marketing Intern at Société Générale in 2012. In 2015, Léo joined Paua Ventures GmbH as a Venture Capital Analyst, where they analyzed potential investment cases and supported portfolio companies. Léo then moved on to Aircall in 2016, starting as a Business Developer and later taking on roles such as Account Executive, Sales Country Manager, Head of Sales, and ultimately Director of Sales for DACH, Benelux & Nordics. Léo also worked as an Associate at Revenue Collective starting from 2020. Overall, they have a strong background in sales, venture capital, and finance.

Léo Fang-Tribalat completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Strategic and International Management from the University of Mannheim from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended ESSEC Business School from 2011 to 2016, where they also earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management.
