Esam Rabba

Esam Rabba is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in exchange systems and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Principal Engineer at ACX (AirCarbon Exchange) since February 2022, Esam specializes in Trading and Matching Engines, FIX Protocol, AWS Services, .Net Core, Java, and Surveillance Systems. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer and Manager of Enterprise Architecture at ZagTrader, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining service design processes. Earlier experience includes leading software development teams at Orion TradeSoft and serving as a System Administrator at Al Isra University. Esam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Al Isra University.
