Ashley Deutsch currently serves as Engagement Manager at AiRCare Health since September 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Restoration Counseling & Community Services (RCCS) from December 2016 to August 2022, where Ashley held the positions of Chief Clinical Officer, Director of Operations, Admissions Manager, and Chemical Health Assessor. In the role of Chief Clinical Officer, Ashley contributed to strategic planning, policy implementation, and program evaluation. As Director of Operations, responsibilities included managing daily operations of treatment programs and establishing partnerships with referral sources. Previous experience as an Admissions Manager involved overseeing admissions for multiple treatment locations, and as a Chemical Health Assessor, Ashley conducted numerous assessments weekly. Additionally, Ashley served as a Primary Counselor at New Beginnings Minnesota from April 2015 to December 2016. Educational qualifications include a degree in Chemical Dependency Psychology and Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University, completed in 2015.
