Lynne Depaulo

Lynne DePaulo currently serves as SVP of People and Culture at Humankind since June 2024. Previously, Lynne was a Human Resources Consultant and Fractional CHRO at People Thread from June 2023 to June 2024. Lynne held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and CHRO at Avita from April 2020 to May 2023, where leadership included integrating four companies and overseeing critical HR functions in a national pharmacy services firm. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CareCentrix from May 2016 to September 2019, focusing on organizational strategy during a period of growth, and as an Enterprise Human Resources Business Partner at Anthem, Inc. from October 2003 to May 2016, where Lynne significantly contributed to cost savings and operational improvements. Educational achievements consist of a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, certification as an Executive Coach, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
