Emma Watson, NBC-HWC, currently serves as the Director of Program Operations and Clinical Team Manager at Aircare Health, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Emma worked as a consultant for Freespira, Inc., where support was provided to the Patient Operations team in identifying business challenges and enhancing Behavioral Health Coach training programs. Emma's career includes significant roles at AbleTo Inc. and Sanvello Health as Sr. Manager of Coaching Operations. Emma has also held various managerial positions in clinical services training and development at Virgin Pulse and its predecessor, RedBrick Health. Educational qualifications include a BA with Honors in Sports Studies from the University of Stirling and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota.
